Regulatory notice. Rizmit is not a bank and not a money transmitter. Rizmit is a software platform that orchestrates transfers. Funds are held and moved by regulated partners (banks, payment processors, and licensed money transmitters) under their own licenses and terms. Your use of Rizmit constitutes your agreement to these Terms.

1) Who can use Rizmit

• Eligibility. You must be 18+, a U.S. resident, and not subject to U.S. or Mexican sanctions.

• Accounts. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts for risk, compliance, or misuse.

• Corridor. Service currently supports U.S. → Mexico (SPEI). Additional corridors may be added later.

2) Our role (non-custodial)

• Rizmit provides the app, dashboard, APIs, and webhooks to create payout instructions and display status.

• Money movement (debits, conversion, and MXN payout) is executed by our regulated partners. Those partners may require you to accept their terms, complete KYC/KYB, and pass compliance checks.

3) Transfers & Timing

• Initiation. You create a payout instruction in Rizmit; our regulated partners debit your funding source and process the transfer.

• Settlement. Partners may use intermediary settlement methods and networks to complete delivery.

• Delivery time. Posted delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Irreversibility. Once a local payout is posted to the recipient’s bank account, recall may be impossible.

• Accuracy. You are responsible for the recipient information you provide (e.g., CLABE, name, bank).

• Compliance holds. Transfers may be delayed, reviewed, or declined for risk or legal reasons.

4) Pricing & fees

Consumers (Personal)

• 2% flat fee per transfer.

• No FX markup presented to you. You always see the final MXN amount before you send.

Business

Choose one:

• 2% + $49/month (teams & recurring payouts), or

• 3% with no monthly fee (casual usage).

Business Pro

• 1.75% + $299/month (platforms & API integrations; SLAs & dedicated support).

Notes.

• Taxes, return/repair fees, bank/partner network fees, or extraordinary compliance costs may be passed through at cost with disclosure.

• We may change pricing with notice, typically by email or banner. New pricing applies prospectively.

5) FX & disclosure

We do not add FX markup. Partners set an FX rate to calculate the MXN delivered. We show you the final MXN before you confirm, inclusive of partner FX and standard network costs. You agree this is the price for your transfer.

6) Limits, holds, and compliance checks

• Partners may apply per-transfer, daily, or monthly limits, and may delay or decline transfers for risk or legal reasons.

• You agree to sanctions screening and other AML checks. We may request additional information and pause service until provided.

7) Prohibited uses

You may not use Rizmit for: illegal activity; evasion of sanctions; adult/sexual content services; gambling; weapons; drugs; fraud; pyramid schemes; or any use that violates our partners’ policies or applicable law.

8) Chargebacks, returns, and exceptions

• Bank returns/chargebacks. If your funding transaction is returned or charged back, you remain responsible for the amount, fees, and any negative balance with our partner.

• Wrong details. If you provide an incorrect CLABE or recipient, we can’t guarantee recovery.

• Error reporting. Contact support@rizmit.com within 60 days of noticing a problem.

9) Business & API terms (Business / Business Pro)

• API license. We grant a revocable, non-exclusive license to use our APIs and webhooks solely to access your account and process payouts.

• Security. You must keep API keys confidential, use TLS, validate webhook signatures, and rotate credentials if compromised.

• Rate limits. Don’t exceed published limits or abuse endpoints.

• Brand. Don’t imply Rizmit or partners sponsor or guarantee your product.

• Compliance. You are responsible for your own users’ compliance and for any data you collect.

• Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Rizmit harmless from claims arising from your API use, your content, or your customers’ activity.

10) Sandbox & beta features

Sandbox and beta features are for testing only, may contain errors, and are provided “as is” without support or uptime commitments. Do not use sandbox in production or with real personal data.

11) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (at /privacy) describes how we handle personal data and share data with partners for compliance and processing. By using Rizmit, you consent to those practices.

12) Electronic communications & e-signature

You consent to receive electronic communications (emails, texts, in-app notices) and to electronically sign agreements, disclosures, and receipts.

13) Intellectual property & feedback

Rizmit, our logos, and the platform are our IP. If you send feedback, you grant us a free, worldwide license to use it to improve the service.

14) Service changes & availability

We may modify or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Partners or networks (e.g., SPEI) may have outages outside our control.

15) Disclaimers; limitation of liability

• No warranties. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

• Limitation. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZMIT AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to Rizmit in the 3 months preceding the event.

16) Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for suspected fraud, legal requirement, risk, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

17) Governing law; dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing State, e.g., Delaware], without regard to conflicts of law. Binding arbitration & class-action waiver: Any dispute will be resolved by individual arbitration administered by the AAAunder its Commercial Rules. No class actions or consolidated proceedings. You may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect IP or confidential information.

18) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll provide notice (email or in-app). Updated Terms are effective on the posted effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

19) Third-party terms

Your use of banking, card, payment, and payout services is subject to our partners’ terms and policies, which we’ll present when required. SPEI is operated by Banco de México; Rizmit is not affiliated with Banco de México.

Transfers are typically fast but not guaranteed; once a SPEI payout posts, reversals may be impossible.
